With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, CEO Vickie Chen has played a key role in expanding AviaGames and strengthening its position within the mobile gaming space. Her leadership has helped the company become one of the Top 40 Global Mobile Gaming companies by revenue while maintaining a strong focus on player experience and sustainable growth.
Alongside overseeing product development and company expansion, CEO Vickie Chen has supported diversity initiatives and mentorship programs that encourage more women to pursue leadership careers in gaming and technology.
Her leadership has also contributed to charitable and community-driven initiatives. Programs including Play for Paws and Wonderland Wishes helped raise more than $222,000 for the Nevada SPCA and $136,000 for Foster Love, supporting foster youth programs.
